Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is partnering with a global leader in food innovation to hire a **Sensory Specialist** for an exciting 7-month contract in **Fremont, MI.** If you’re passionate about food science, sensory evaluation, and consumer research—this is your chance to make a meaningful impact on product development and innovation!

• **Position Snapshot**

• Location: On-site in Fremont, MI (Tues–Thurs)

• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 3 days/week in office

• Duration: 7-month contract

• The anticipated wage for this position is between $45 and $48/hr. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors

• **What You’ll Do**

• Support, train, and monitor internal sensory panelists to ensure top-tier performance

• Become a superuser of the internal sensory software platform after training

• Execute and manage high-quality sensory research studies

• Plan and lead internal tastings and panel sessions

• Analyze and interpret sensory data to support innovation decisions

• Collaborate with the Principal Scientist to integrate sensory + consumer data

• **What You Bring**

• Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s + 5 years of relevant experience) in Sensory Science, Food Technology, or a related field

• At least one sensory science course or equivalent experience required

• Hands-on experience leading trained sensory panels

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP

• Experience in consumer-packaged goods or R&D is a plus

• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for diverse audiences

**Pay Details:** $45.00 to $48.00 per hour
