    About the Role

     

    We’re looking for a skilled and motivated **Industrial Maintenance Technician** to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of machinery—including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.     What You’ll Do

    + Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

    + Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment uptime and longevity

    + Use a variety of tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments

    + Read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints

    + Adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures

    + Collaborate with production teams and leadership to support operational goals

    + Maintain detailed maintenance records and communicate effectively across departments

    + Lift up to 50 lbs as needed and work safely in an industrial setting

    What You Bring

    + High School Diploma or GED required; a degree or certification in Mechatronics, Industrial Electrical, or a related field is a plus

    + At least 2 years of experience in industrial or plant maintenance

    + Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems troubleshooting

    + Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

    + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team

    + Willingness to train on 1st shift and transition to 2nd, 3rd, or hybrid shift as needed
