    Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is working with our client to hire a **Certified Medical Assistant** in **Dallas, Texas** ! This role is in person / onsite. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration:

     

    **Type:** 3-4 month contract - possibility of extension/direct hire

    **Schedule:** Monday - Friday - availability to work 8a-5p

    **Pay:** $23.00-24.34 per hour based on experience

    Responsibilities of the** **Medical Assistant Include:

    1. Assist physician and nursing personnel with injections, EKGs, phlebotomy and other patients care procedures.

    2. Record and process patient care documentation quickly and accurately.

    3. Maintain established quality control standards

    4. Organize, stock and clean exam and treatment room

    **5.** Coordinate patient care as directed by physician, company standards and policies.

    Qualifications for the** **Medical Assistant:

    • High School Diploma or GED

    • Nationally Certified or Registered Medical Assistant

    • Current CPR or BLS certification

    • ICD-10 and CPT Coding preferred

    • Medical Terminology knowledge preferred
