Position Summary:
Adecco Staffing is seeking a **professional, fluent Korean Interpreter** to support operations at a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Jeffersonville, OH. This position plays a critical role in facilitating effective communication between Korean- and English-speaking employees and leaders, both verbally and in writing.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Interpret verbal conversations between Korean- and English-speaking employees, including during meetings, training sessions, and day-to-day operations.
+ Translate technical documents, emails, procedures, and safety materials accurately and clearly.
+ Support cross-cultural communication to promote understanding, collaboration, and workplace efficiency.
+ Provide consecutive and simultaneous interpretation as needed.
+ Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.
Qualifications:
+ **Fluency in both Korean and English (spoken and written) is required.**
+ Prior experience as an interpreter or translator in a professional setting preferred.
+ Strong understanding of workplace terminology, especially in a manufacturing or industrial environment, is a plus.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
+ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.

**Pay Details:** $60,000.00 per year
