    **Job Summary:** We are seeking energetic and motivated **Inventory Control Specialists/Forklift Operators** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating warehouse equipment, managing inventory, and ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of all inbound and outbound shipments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + **Warehouse Equipment Operation:** Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and power tools.

    + **Material Handling:** Move materials from the receiving area to designated bin locations.

    + **Order Fulfillment:** Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

    + **Inventory Organization:** Allocate products to appropriate racks, shelves, or bins.

    + **Inventory Accuracy:** Conduct weekly cycle counts and report discrepancies.

    Qualifications:

    + Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory control environment preferred.

    + Valid forklift certification with credentials.

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    + Excellent communication skills.

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    + Perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.

    **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
