Olsten Staffing is assisting a client in Longs, SC to find a Finance Clerk to join their team! This position is essential for the smooth operation of business and the Finance Clerk will act as the owner's right-hand person. Apply now if you meet the qualifications below!

Responsibilities for this job include-

1. Manage financial transactions, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations

2. Assist with loan processing, banking transactions, and financial reporting

3. Support business operations by handling administrative and clerical duties

4. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with financial policies

5. Provide exceptional customer service and assist with sales documentation as needed

Qualifications for this job include-

1. **Extensive banking experience** (previous finance or dealership experience is a plus)

2. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask efficiently

3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

4. Ability to work independently and support various aspects of the business

5. Excellent communication and organizational skills

6. High School Diploma or GED

7. Reliable transportation and attendance

8. Professional dress and demeanor

9. Able to pass credit check and drug screen

This position is a part-time position (One week- Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30am-5:30pm/ one week- Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday). Pay will start at $16.00/hr.-$18.00/hr. but could be higher for candidates with extensive banking background.

**Pay Details:** $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
