Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a **Senior Sensory Software Specialis** t for a 4-month contract with a leading R&D organization in **Bridgewater, NJ** ! **Location:** Bridgewater, NJ (Hybrid or On-site; must be within commuting distance)
**Duration:** 4 Months
**Schedule** : Full-time or Part-time
**Work Hours** : Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
**Pay Rate:** The anticipated wage for this position is between $44 and $47/hr. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
About the Role:
The Innovation Sensory Insights team is part of the clients R&D organization. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team for a short-term assignment focused on optimizing our use of our EyeQuestion sensory software. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a gap analysis on our current process, identifying training needs, determining standardized processes, and writing guidance/how-to documents to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess capabilities and global best practices: Evaluate all aspects of EyeQuestion software along with best practices and training materials provided by the global team
• Understand local ISI team’s current work processes and needs: Assess current habits and usage of the EyeQuestion software. Understand the team’s existing workflows, processes, test types and needs related to sensory software
• Determine Best Practices & Standardized Processes: Identify and define standardized procedures which reflect global best practices and meet the needs of the team.
• Write Guidance/How-To Documents: Create comprehensive and user-friendly documentation to guide team members in using the software platform effectively and consistently. This includes training materials, step-by-step instructions and best practices.
• User support & coaching: Serve as the ISI team expert on EyeQuestion and provide individualized support for ISI team on projects. Support may include: data entry, programming and guidance on how to set up and analyze projects following established best practices
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in sensory science or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with sensory software (EyeQuestion, Compusense, RedJade, etc.) is essential.
• Strong working knowledge of sensory statistics and analytical tools (e.g., XLSTAT, R).
• Exceptional analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage milestones, and deliver high-quality outputs.

**Pay Details:** $44.00 to $47.00 per hour
