    **Position:** Administrative Assistant (Full-Time: Temporary or Temp-to-Hire)

    **Location:** Cheyenne,WY

    **Pay:** $17-$20/hr (Negotiable based on experience)

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

    + Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.

    + Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and efficiency.

    + Organize and maintain office filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of information.

    + Assist in handling incoming and outgoing mail and shipments.

    + Collaborate with various departments to support administrative needs and projects.

    + Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office cleanliness.

    Requirements:

    + Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.

    + Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and basic office software.

    + Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

    + Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    + High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

    + A proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving.

    **Pay Details:** $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
