We are currently looking to bring on a **VP/Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management** for our top tier Behavior Health Facilities. This would be a full time, direct hire **_REMOTE_** opportunity in the Arizona area. Job Summary:
+ Overseeing operations of the billing, coding, utilization management and enrollment and eligibility departments.
+ Responsible for directing and coordinating all processes and procedures of the revenue cycle
+ Addresses tight deadlines and constantly changing rules and regulations
+ Works closely with the CEO, COO and clinical management team to assess areas of concern and make changes as needed.
Job Requirements:
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree
+ Minimum of 10 years working in healthcare revenue cycle management
+ Minimum of 5 years leading revenue cycle management teams or equivalent experience
+ Knowledge of ICD-10, Revenue Codes and CPT codes, claims processing, billing and insurance regulations, medical terminology, insurance benefits and appeal processes.

**Pay Details:** $110,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
