Compensation & Benefits
+ **Base Salary:** $95,000 – $97,000 (based on experience)
+ **Total Compensation:** $120K+ (includes stock options, bonuses, and incentives)

About the Role
We’re hiring a **hands-on leader** to help run daily operations across two commercial buildings. You’ll work closely with the Chief Engineer and lead a team of technicians to keep all building systems running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
+ Supervise and support Building Technicians (Levels I–III)
+ Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boilers, chillers, and more
+ Train and mentor junior technicians
+ Review work orders, manage budgets, and recommend improvements
+ Inspect and maintain building systems for top performance
What You Need
Experience:
+ 8+ years in building systems
+ 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
Education:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Technical coursework in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing
Licenses (Required):
+ Universal CFC certification
+ State Certified Journeyman’s License (Master’s preferred)
+ MD 1st Grade Stationary Engineer License (or equivalent)
Skills:
+ Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems
+ Familiarity with building automation systems (BAS/BMS, SCADA)
+ Ability to read technical schematics and blueprints
+ Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
