The ideal candidate will possess:

+ A proven track record as a Director of Nursin g .

+ Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.

+ Strong knowledge of nursing policies/procedures and Federal and State regulations.

+ Proficiency in managing nursing staff and administering healthcare programs.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making skills.

+ Participipates in budget planning and management

+ Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care

+ Oversees the development and implementation of resident care plans

+ Monitors and evaluates nursing care provided

+ Partcipates in the hiring and onboarding of nursing staff
