Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 2 years of experience in program or project management.

+ Experience in procurement or purchasing management.

+ Experience with procurement software or ERP software (i.e. SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

+ 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

+ Experience working with external partners in manufacturing or supply chains.

+ Experience in leadership and team management skills to co-ordinate across external and internal partners.

+ Excellent communication skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Design and deliver predictable program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, including communications by stakeholder type.

+ Determine phasing and metrics associated with program life-cycle that effectively address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources) in close collaboration with program stakeholders, including near and long-term objectives.

+ Determine and collect data required to execute and govern programs effectively. Separately maintain project trackers and status reports. Identify and execute on program tasks including proactively managing dependencies.

+ Execute change management requirements that are identified by program stakeholders.

+ Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
