    Job Profile Summary

    The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing various critical functions within the organization.     Job Description

    Section Manager 3 _OPS, Integrated Management Services Team.

     

    The candidate will manage a team of 5, consisting of individual contributors and managers. This position entails managing a team of colleagues who are responsible for vendor relationships, change management processes, project management initiatives, audit and control standards, wire transfers, Qualified Written Requests (QWR), department procedures, and quality assurance.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    + Oversee colleagues managing vendor relationships to ensure service quality and compliance.

    + Supervise colleagues implementing and managing change processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

    + Guide colleagues leading and coordinating projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and scope.

    + Oversee and manage the audit & control department to comply with internal and external standards, including those of investors.

    + Oversee colleagues handling wire transfers and responses to Qualified Written Requests (QWR) in accordance with regulatory requirements.

    + Oversee the Quality Assurance team to maintain standards of quality and develop additional quality reviews, including reporting and outputs.

     

    This is a hybrid role. You must be located near 5555 Cleveland Ave, Columbus, Ohio, or 295 Huntington Circle Akron, Ohio, 333 Main St Midland Michigan, or 11100 Wayzata Blvd, Minnetonka, MN

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree or 7 years experience in financial industry within Loan Servicing

    + 3+ years of experience in managing a team

    + Experience with computer/PC Skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Proven experience in managing complex operational functions.

    + Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

    + Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    + Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and compliance.

    + Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Experience in vendor management, change management, and project management.

    + Proficient written and verbal communication skills.

     

    Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)

    Compensation Range:

    70,000.00 -140,000.00 USD Annual

     

    The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.  Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.  In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
