    DATTCO's Accelerated Property Management (APM) division currently has an opening for a full-time Landscaper.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Landscaping for all DATTCO properties - looking for someone with a green thumb!

    + Ensure equipment repaired and maintained

    + Help solving problems related to maintenance

    + Respect safety standards of the company and maintain a clean work environment

    + Ability to work unsupervised and with other team members

    + Participate in winter work projects to include snow plowing, shoveling and removal

    + Respond to maintenance requests by the Facilities Manager

    + Respond appropriately to management emergencies by assisting as needed

    + Daily attendance at work

    Minimum Requirements:

    + High school diploma, trade school or equivalent

    + Experience in building and grounds maintenance

    + Experience with commercial mowing equipment

    + Valid driver-s license

    + Must be dependable, a team player, and have a positive attitude

    + Must have a flexible schedule (Monday - Friday 0700 - 1530)

    + Ability to communicate effectively

    + Ability to manage and organize priorities
