The Financial Analyst will be a key member of our finance team, responsible for delivering insights and analysis to support decision-making processes across the organization. This individual will play a critical role in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis, as well as providing strategic recommendations that align with our growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, excellent analytical thinking, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Your Impact

+ Support the annual budgeted and monthly forecasting process for the CS&BE; ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives, ability to navigate business partner discussion to guide submission needs and deliver budget with tight timeline.

+ Assist with month-end close by analyzing results, preparing & posting accruals and developing month-end variance reports.

+ Work with business partners in Marketing to support monthly expense forecasting and Dealer approved advertising support through Salesforce & excel reporting.

+ Perform monthly balance sheet and expense P&L account reconciliations.

+ Excellent Excel skills, ability to demonstrate & build detailed reports with large data quantities quickly & efficiently. Comfort with large quantities of data and management within Excel.

Your Experience and Qualifications

+ Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

+ Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Knowledge of SAP, OneStream and/or ERP system experience

+ Experience: 2-4 years working experience within Financial Analysis role, preferably with experience budgeting & forecasting

Your Compensation

This position will be within the range of $54,797-$110,000, based on experience. This position is eligible for a bonus based on 7% compensation.
