+ EDUCATION - Bachelor's

+ EXPERIENCE - Minimum/no experience required

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION

+ Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA)

+ ACLS (ACLS): ACLS in 30 days of hire or transfer.

+ Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS in 30 days of hire or transfer.
