    Our competitive Lead Teacher pay ranges from $19.45 to $23.75 per hour. Salary is determined by your level of education and experience in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

    As a Child Care Lead Educator, you will:

    + Be a classroom lead teacher and age group expert. Mentor a teaching team by providing support and feedback on weekly curriculum plans, child assessment and documentation, and classroom environments.

    + Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child’s day.

    + Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.

    Requirements:

    Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

    + Associate degree or higher in early childhood education or related field highly preferred; CDA required with educational plan to complete Associate or Bachelor’s degree

    + At least three years of teaching experience in a high-quality program required

    + Experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center preferred
