About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Civil Engineer to join our growing team in Lancaster, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate or 2025 graduate looking to gain hands-on experience across all phases of land development and site design. You’ll begin by supporting a few projects and, over time, grow into managing 10–15 active projects simultaneously, with mentorship from experienced engineers and designers.

What You'll Do

+ Design and develop site and land development projects

+ Prepare and review plans and drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D

+ Conduct site assessments and generate technical solutions

+ Perform stormwater management and drainage design

+ Coordinate with project managers, landscape architects, and other team members

+ Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and regulatory compliance

+ Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams

What We're Looking For

+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

+ 0–2+ years of experience in civil/site design (internships welcome)

+ Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

+ Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

+ Understanding of stormwater management, wastewater, and site plan development

Nice to Have

+ Familiarity with Hydraflow Storm Sewers

+ Experience with Microsoft Office tools

+ EIT or PE license (or working toward one)

Work Environment & Culture

+ Office-based role with a typical schedule of Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $38.46/hr.
