    The Project Manager / Sales Support role combines project management and sales support responsibilities. The Project Manager will plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of projects. This role requires close collaboration with clients and upper management to ensure projects are on schedule and within scope. The Sales Support aspect of the role focuses on developing a strong pipeline of new projects and customers. This includes assuming responsibility and authority, as delegated by management, for the following activities:

    Responsibilities

    + Identify and develop new business opportunities.

    + Engage in both indirect and direct customer contact, such as visiting customer sites and attending trade shows, to increase sales.

    + Collaborate with clients to develop proposals that meet their needs.

    + Identify and develop new channels for providing value to customers.

    + Plan, budget, oversee, and document all aspects of projects.

    + Collaborate closely with clients and upper management to ensure projects are on schedule and within scope.

    + Previous exposure to ethanol and bio processes.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Bluebeam, and CRM software.

    + Strong verbal, written, and computer communication skills.

    + Superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

    + Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.

    Work Environment

    This position requires working in person, with some travel required. You will work for a small but very respected firm in the ethanol industry.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $48.07 - $62.50/hr.
