    Job Title: Civil EIT Land DevelopmentResponsibilities

    + Assist the Land Development and Survey teams in preparing improvement plans.

    + Contribute to the design and development of master planned communities, urban infill development, high-end retail, hospitality and resort development, and public parks.

    + Utilize AutoCAD and Civil 3D software in the design process.

    + Work collaboratively with civil engineers, hydrologists, planners, landscape architects, and surveyors.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

    + EIT Certification completed or in process.

    + Experience using Autodesk AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with land development, grading, and drainage.

    + Familiarity with commercial and residential site development.

    + Knowledge of civil engineering design principles.

    Work Environment

    You will be working in an office environment with a staff of 75-85 civil engineering-related employees.     Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
