Job Description
The team is looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager with experience in test systems hardware and software development, electrical or optical engineering, and program management. The role will work with cross-functional engineering and program management teams to develop manufacturing test systems used to perform acceptance testing of product. In this role you will:
• Use a variety of project management tools for all phases of the project life-cycle, managing: scope, schedule, budget, resources with cross-dependencies, quality, risk management, and metric development/tracking.
• Create test system project plans and milestones aligned with technical roadmaps, working with both internal and external customers.
• Work with satellite system subject matter experts to drive the development of test requirements, test plans, and test system architectures.
• Lead teams of software development and hardware development engineers to drive agile sprints to develop new or upgraded manufacturing test stations
• Drive root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for common mechanisms, process improvements, and streamlining inter-departmental communications.
• Provide excellent written and verbal status on a regular cadence.
Responsibilities

+ Identify opportunities for common mechanisms, process improvements, and streamline inter-departmental communications.
+ Provide regular written and verbal status updates.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in program management, manufacturing, and dashboard development.
+ Background in manufacturing/mechanical engineering.
+ Experience in aerospace industry.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in test systems hardware and software development.
+ Knowledge in electrical or optical engineering.
Work Environment
This position requires onsite work five days a week during core working hours.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
