    New Opportunities for Entry-Level Architectural Professionals in NYC!

     

    Position Overview: A small, dynamic architectural firm in midtown Manhattan is seeking entry-level professionals to support the assessment component of a local ADA project. This role offers the opportunity to be closely involved with many important public projects in NYC.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Travel to the project site multiple times a week.

    + Walk the site and document conditions.

    + Answer questions and provide assessments using an iPad and necessary software/surveys.

    + Collaborate with a small team of about 12 people.

    Work Environment:

    + Mix of in-office and on-site days.

    + Expected to be present either in the office or on-site 5 days a week.

    Qualifications:

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to document conditions accurately.

    + Proficiency with iPad and relevant software.

    + Willingness to travel and work on-site regularly.

    + Interest in public projects and ADA compliance.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
