    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Violations Reviewer II who will lead, motivate, and develop a team of Violation Reviewers. This role involves assisting Violation Review Supervisors, processing supervisor approvals, and performing tasks of a Violation Review Operator.

    Responsibilities

    + Monitor, review, and process violations in accordance with established processes and procedures.

    + Process daily Supervisor Confirm file records through visual match of vehicle make and appropriate lane.

    + Manually correct owner names and addresses that are longer than 30 characters prior to confirmation.

    + Assist in review and information lookup in LexisNexis of violation records with license plates that cannot be acquired through SOS or Nlets.

    + Identify and communicate effectively on areas with need for improved efficiencies.

    + Review all violations processed by VR 1 members to ensure no errors are made.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Essential Skills

    + 1+ years of data entry experience (retail experience is acceptable).

    + Proficiency in computer skills including Word and Outlook.

    + Experience in training and the ability to lead and provide support.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is strongly preferred.

    + 1-2 years of related data entry/processing experience and/or training.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc; Windows Desktop).

    + Professional written and verbal communication skills.

    + Accurate typing skills.

    + Ability to see 20/20 vision with correction and differentiate light colors.

    + Availability to work overtime when required.

    Work Environment

    This position is based in a quiet office environment where 90% of the day is spent sitting at a desk reviewing photos and videos. The dress code is business casual with jeans allowed on Fridays. There is a strict cell phone policy where phones cannot be out during the day.

     

    Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.25 - $16.25/hr.
