We're seeking a versatile and creative Brand Manager to lead internal/exterrnal communications, manage the company website, support event coordination, and provide executive-level support.
The Brand Manager demonstrates knowledge of Richmond’s quality mission, vision, and values. In addition, this position actively participates in quality improvement projects (e.g., communicating issues, offering suggestions) to ensure ongoing excellence of services, programs and staff to maximize the quality of life for individuals supported by RCS.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage internal branding, intranet content, and internal communications.
+ Develop social media strategy and create content for newsletters, blogs, and marketing materials.
+ Coordinate special events, PR photo ops, and volunteer committees.
+ Liaise with PR/marketing firms and oversee design/printing of materials.
+ Provide direct administrative support to the President/CEO, including handling confidential communications, scheduling, and board prep.
+ Maintain organized digital files, create databases/reports, and manage daily office activities.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in communications, branding, or executive support.
+ Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media tools, and basic design platforms.
+ Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities.
