Job Title: Warehouse Picker – $16/HR

Shift: 1st Shift | Full-Time

Pay: $16/hr + Overtime Pay

About the Role:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented forklift/ warehouse operators! In this role, you’ll be responsible for sorting, picking, and packing a wide range of products—from small boxes to heavy machine parts. You’ll work with lifting equipment, use RF scanners, and help load and unload semi-trailers to keep our operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Sort boxes and place them on the correct pick pallets for forklift operators

+ Pick and pack products of various sizes using appropriate lifting tools

+ Use RF scanners to track and manage inventory

+ Load and unload semi-trailers with completed pallets

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

+ Experience in picking and packing in a warehouse setting

+ Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory systems

+ Ability to lift and move heavy items using lifting equipment

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Flexibility with working hours and ability to work mandatory overtime

+ Comfortable working in a multicultural team environment

+ Forklift experience is a plus, but not required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
