• Technical Analyst

    We are seeking a dedicated Internal Controls Analyst to support our clients in the development and deployment of solutions that drive strategic initiatives. This role requires leveraging experience in both the commercial and DoD sectors to find innovative technology solutions, conduct research, and design digital commerce experiences. The ideal candidate will develop and deliver comprehensive training and reference guidance, as well as assess the completeness and validity of imputed costs and heritage assets.

    Responsibilities

    + Support clients in the development and deployment of strategic solutions.

    + Leverage commercial, private sector, and DoD industry experience to coordinate with small businesses and non-traditional defense vendors.

    + Apply knowledge to find innovative technology solutions for DoD requirements.

    + Research and design innovative experiences for digital commerce using market-leading platforms.

    + Design, develop, and deliver training and reference guidance.

    + Assess completeness and validity of imputed costs.

    + Assess completeness of heritage assets.

    + Develop and deliver presentations and papers to client personnel.

    + Interface and communicate with clients, both remotely and in person.

    Essential Skills

    + Risk management

    + Internal controls

    + Business process articulation

    + 4+ years of experience in financial analysis/management and logistics management

    + Proficiency in Visio for flowchart development

    + Excellent communication skills in English, both orally and in writing

    + Proficiency in A-123 and Risk Management/Internal Control

    + Strong analytical capabilities and critical thinking skills

    + Knowledge of DoD's heritage assets

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + US Citizenship is a requirement due to the nature of the contract

    + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics/Actuarial Sciences, Communications, Government and Public Administration, or related field

    + Experience with Business Strategy, Transformational Change Management, Business Process Reengineering, Project Management, Process Improvement, and Business Process Analysis

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $48.08/hr.
