Job Title: Document Control Analyst ERPJob Description
As a Document Control Analyst ERP, you will be responsible for the implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECO) from Agile into Priority/Oracle, verifying Bill of Materials (BOM) and BOM structure, and ensuring costs and roll-ups are correctly integrated with ERP systems. You will collaborate closely with the planning, finance, and supply chain teams to review ECOs for completeness and accuracy.
Responsibilities
+ Implement ECO from Agile into Priority/Oracle.
+ Verify BOM and BOM structure.
+ Confirm costs and roll-ups work with ERP (Priority/Oracle).
+ Collaborate with planning, finance, and supply chain teams.
+ Review ECOs for completeness and accuracy.
+ Enter ECO data into ERP (Priority/Oracle) and complete data entry SOP.
+ Check ECO data entry into ERP via SOP process and run reports.
+ Communicate regarding status and issues.
+ Work with Planning team to test impact of changes in ERP.
+ Support Planning activities and act as a backup.
+ Collaborate with Finance team to assess ECO changes and develop automated reports.
+ Execute ECR and ECO changes in Agile and ERP with Manufacturing Engineering Team.
+ Provide weekly report on activities completed and planned for the following week.
Essential Skills
+ Document control and troubleshooting.
+ Proficiency with Oracle and Agile PLM.
+ Experience in manufacturing engineering within semiconductor capital equipment, medical equipment, or similar industries.
+ Strong knowledge of BOM and ERP systems.
+ Excel proficiency, including pivot tables.
+ Understanding of supply chain, planning, finance, and cost management.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Altium.
+ Knowledge in customer compliance, QMS, and QM software.
+ Receivables management skills.
Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
