    2nd and 3rd shift Opportunities!

     

    **Pay:** $19-21/hr

     

    We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator. This role involves operating and inspecting machines to ensure timely processing of jobs with exceptional accuracy. The operator will assist in setting up materials on laminator machines, utilizing hoists provided at each station. Training on hoists will be provided, with no prior experience needed. Responsibilities also include inspecting finished goods, reporting defects, and performing changeovers when new materials need processing.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate and inspect machines for accurate and timely job processing.

    + Assist in setting up materials on laminator machines using hoists.

    + Inspect finished goods and report any defects in materials.

    + Perform changeovers for processing new materials and cutting them to size.

    + Collaborate effectively with team members and follow instructions.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 2 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

    + Forklift operating skills.

    + Proficiency in using hand tools for changeovers, tape measure, slitter, and printing.

    + Quality inspection skills.

    + Mechanical inclination.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or GED.

    + Previous forklift experience is valuable.

    + Experience with ERP systems for data input at workstations.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
