Maintenance tech 3

3 phase motors, VFD, PLC troubleshooting and editing (no programming)

Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, 24vdc electrical circuits,

extensive knowledge of injection molding machinery is required

120/230/480 single and 3-phase circuits, water chillers, hydraulics, plumbing, electric controls.

Must me both mechanically and electrically inclined

must have knowledge of PLC and ability to troubleshoot

Ability to read and understand parts prints and drawings

Must be able to perform changeovers on the machines and routine PMs

Must be able to use measuring devices calipers, height gauges, etc

Loading correct process and making adjustments as needed

Perform general maintenance on injection molding and tooling

must be able to read wiring diagrams

50/50 mechanical to electrical work

Additional Skills & Qualifications

experience with injection mold and blow mold machines is mandatory

must be physically inclined and able to lift up to 80lbs

Looking for candidates that are willing to think outside of the box

Basic PLC, ladder logic, and motor drives troubleshooting - may edit a start stop or identify faults but no programming

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
