Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Worker to perform various maintenance tasks, including scraping, sanding, painting of fascia/soffits, repairing or replacing building components, and general upkeep.

Responsibilities

+ Scrape, sand, and paint fascia/soffits of the building.

+ Repair or replace building components as needed.

+ Replace and repair interior trim for windows and doors.

+ Install or remove door hardware, including hinges and handles.

+ Perform basic building maintenance tasks.

+ Conduct general clean-up of the work area.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Minimum of 6 months experience in painting or carpentry.

This is a Contract position based out of FORT HARRISON, Montana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
