    Now Hiring: Superintendent – Commercial Carpentry

    Job Type: Permanent

    **About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Leader with a strong back ground in multifamily construction to oversee and manage on-site field operations. This hands-on leadership role requires expertise in commercial carpentry, construction supervision, and project management from preconstruction through close-out.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide on-site leadership for construction operations, overseeing assistants, foremen, subcontractors, and crews.

    + Coordinate schedules with Preconstruction and Project Management teams, ensuring subcontractors and vendors stay on track.

    + Implement site-specific safety programs in compliance with OSHA and local regulations.

    + Facilitate communication between workers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders through key project meetings.

    + Monitor and report job site activities, including daily logs, payroll, quantity tracking, and incident reports.

    + Manage project budgets, material deliveries, subcontracts, and labor costs to ensure timely and efficient completion.

    Essential Skills & Qualifications:

    + Experience in commercial construction, carpentry, and framing.

    + Proven success in general contracting and construction management.

    + Ability to perform finish carpentry and effectively manage projects.

    + Strong subcontractor management and leadership skills.

    + 3-5 years of commercial carpentry experience preferred.

    + Capable of leading a crew for large multifamily projects (35-500 units).

    + Experience with Procore and Bluebeam software is a plus.

    The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
