    Hiring Machine Operators in Longmont - Direct Hire Opportunity

     

    We are seeking multiple Machine Operators to join our production team in Longmont, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in a continuous batch processing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Set up and calibrate machinery for continuous production.

    + Measure and mix materials accurately according to batch specifications.

    + Monitor production processes using computer systems and camera interfaces.

    + Collect samples, record data, and track product output.

    + Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to maintain optimal performance.

    + Work independently after completing a six-month training program with an experienced operator.

    Qualifications and Experience

    + High School Diploma or GED.

    + At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

    + Comfortable working with computer systems and cameras.

    + Experience handling and mixing chemicals.

    + Ability to work independently and follow detailed procedures.

    + Chemical, food, or pharmaceutical production.

    + Batch processing and visual inspection.

    + Familiarity with safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.

    Shifts & Pay

    + 1st: 7 AM - 3:30 PM Mon-Fri

    + 2nd: 3 PM - 11:30 PM Mon-Fri

    + 3rd: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM Sun-Thurs

    + Pay Range: $20-$24/hour DOE ****+ 10% differential for 2nd shift and 12.5% differential for 3rd shift****

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $52000.00/yr.
