    Job Title: Inventory Planner III

     

    Pay: $28-29/hour

    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Inventory Planner III to join our team. This role requires a citizen or national, a U.S. permanent resident, or someone lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum, due to export control laws and regulations. . Strong execution of data and processes is essential, along with a company-wide perspective to encourage cross-functional and cross-business project development.

    Responsibilities

    + Accurately and efficiently handle material for both production and development efforts.

    + Use proprietary software and SAP ERP systems to virtually transact material.

    + Document system issues, process flaws, and inefficiencies, communicating with quality control, purchasing, and other related departments to resolve problems.

    + Efficiently move material between sites both physically and virtually.

    + Identify training needs for the team and assist in the training of new-hires and junior peers.

    + Meet safety, productivity, and quality standards by following best practices.

    + Resolve individual work blockers and know when to escalate if unable to resolve yourself.

    + Learn new processes.

    + Operate equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and hand carts.

    + Contribute to the improvement of SOPs including safety procedures.

    Essential Skills

    + 1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.

    + Proficiency in Excel, including sum functions, hash marks, applying filters, formatting, and multiplying cells.

    + Experience with SAP for 6 months or more.

    + Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

    + Good written and oral communication skills.

    + Team-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with inventory control and cycle counts.

    + Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle.

    + Experience with shipping, receiving, and material handling.

    + Familiarity with forklifts and pallet jacks.

    + Proficiency in data entry and computer experience.

    Work Environment

     

    The role is based in a warehouse environment, requiring comfort with varying workloads and operational paths. The position involves working with inventory 80% of the time and 20% will involve kitting and some pallet jack/forklift operations.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract-to-Hire position based out of Everett, Washington.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
