Your Responsibilities:

+ Advanced Troubleshooting: Tackle complex issues on 3-phase 480v systems and electrical circuits.

+ Automation Expertise :Maintain and install automated machinery like VFDs, HMIs, PLCs, and robots.

+ Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems: Repair and install these essential systems to keep our plant running smoothly.

+ Robotic Programming: Program or reroute robotic systems to optimize performance.

+ Facility Maintenance: Ensure our compressors, air tanks, plumbing, lighting, and overhead cranes are in top condition.

+ Preventive Maintenance: Execute extensive programs to prevent downtime and ensure efficiency.

+ Housekeeping: Keep our plant clean and organized, maintaining a safe work environment.

+ Electrical Testing: Utilize multi-meters and other equipment to diagnose and fix issues.

+ Technical Interpretation: Read and interpret manuals, schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic for effective troubleshooting.

What We're Looking For:

+ Experience:5+ years in industrial maintenance with hydraulics, pneumatics, and motors; 2+ years in automation and robotic troubleshooting and repair, especially with ABB and Fanuc; 2+ years in PLC troubleshooting.

+ Skills: Proficiency in PLC programming and robotic programming.

+ Certifications: Possession of certificates in robotics or PLCs is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
