    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    As a Maintenance Technician, you will work closely with mold machine operators to fix and repair injection molding and plastic machinery. You will handle mechanical components such as conveyors, bearings, and belts, as well as electrical components like motors, fuses, relays, and heaters. Those with PLC troubleshooting and repair experience are highly valued.

    Responsibilities

    + Collaborate with mold machine operators to repair injection molding and plastic machinery.

    + Perform maintenance on mechanical components including conveyors, bearings, and belts.

    + Repair electrical components such as motors, fuses, relays, and heaters.

    + Troubleshoot and repair PLC systems for higher-level maintenance tasks.

    + Work on a 7-week rotation for on-call duties, with advance notice provided.

    + Ensure industrial maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

    Essential Skills

    + 4-5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance with expertise in relays, single/3 phase motors (480v), heaters, hydraulics, pneumatics, and palletizers.

    + Strong ability to troubleshoot and repair PLC controls, especially Siemens.

    + Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics repair.

    + Experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and welding.

    + Capability in electrical troubleshooting and machine repair.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in plastic/injection molding companies or GMP environments.

    + Knowledge of VFDs, industrial maintenance, and plastic injection processes.

    Work Environment

     

    Enjoy a variety of shift options including day shift (6am-6pm), night shift (6pm-6am), 1st shift (5:30am-2pm), and 2nd shift (1:30pm-10pm) with premium pay. Candidates are guaranteed 45+ hours a week and work in a clean, fully air-conditioned environment.

    This is a Permanent position based out of West Bend, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
