Description
A client of TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Affiliate Program Manager to oversee and expand our affiliate marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our affiliate program primarily through Impact and direct partnerships with various publishers. This role focuses on identifying key partners to drive lead volume through Pay-Per-Lead (PPL) acquisition.

- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
- Identify and recruit new affiliates to expand the affiliate network and increase sales.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliates to ensure continued success and growth.
- Analyze affiliate performance data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve affiliate marketing efforts.
- Create and manage affiliate marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Develop and implement affiliate marketing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Monitor and report on affiliate marketing metrics to upper management.
- Provide training and support to affiliates to ensure they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00/hr.
