Mortgage Closing Manager
Description:
The Mortgage Closing Manager is a key contributor in workflow management, new initiatives, process development, and culture building. In this role, you will monitor workflows and queues to ensure service levels are met, develop process improvements, streamline business processes, and manage and set goals for a team.
Responsibilities:
+ Effectively leverage resources to monitor queue performance, identify patterns and trends causing issues, and work towards business solutions.
+ Develop innovative and efficient processes to improve overall end-to-end cycle times or enhance quality.
+ Support, recommend, and implement technology initiatives.
+ Communicate monthly results to management on departmental performance objectives.
+ Act as the main point of escalation for all issues within the function.
+ Perform capacity and staff planning to ensure adequate service levels are met.
+ Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
+ Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values.
Qualifications:
+ Loan closing experience and funding.
+ Title experience is beneficial.
+ Understanding of TRID rules
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
+ 5+ years of relevant work experience.
+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint).
+ Mortgage experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
+ Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Financial services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred.
+ General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations.
Experience Level:
+ Intermediate Level.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $34.00/hr.
