Call Center Customer Service Representative
Training will be M-F 8am-5pm for 2-3 weeks
Shift: M-F 8am-5pm
Description
- National contact center support
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from new and existing customers
- Support sales order process for new installation projects
- Following up on open service requests and placing new requests
- Support billing and payment process
- Completing online service requests

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
