We are currently hiring a Remote Part-Time Auto Loan Underwriter for one of the top lenders in Colorado. This schedule will be Saturday and Sunday from 12pm-9pm MST, and are open to candidates that want to also work an abbreviated shift on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Description

+ Review individual que's to pull up listings of dealers and credit unions

+ Work on oldest file to newest

+ Review loan to value ratio

+ Review Debt to Income ratio

+ Calculate income

+ Review borrower credit history and break down their credit criteria

+ Enter notes on the borrower

+ Follow up with the dealer on notes and credit unions

+ Most external communication is with credit union to get additional information

+ Will determine, offer, rejection, or addition information needed

+ Daily Utilization of Temenos, Keystone Correlation, Meridian Link, and Excel

Qualifications

Required:

+ Be able to work Saturday and Sunday 12pm-9pm MST

+ Know how to break down credit bureaus

+ Know how to break down income calculation

+ Make a decision on credit approvals

+ Has knowledge of loan to value ratio

+ Minimum 2 years of true Indirect UW experience and decision making authority

+ Must have experience with L360 or Cuddle, Ideal, Keystone Correlation, LBQ /Meridian Link

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $29.00/hr.
