    Job Description

    Cintas is seeking an SAP Business Process Specialist to evaluate existing supply chain business processes for the purposes of identifying and executing on improvement initiatives. The SAP Business Process Specialist will own the SAP process within ECC, EWM, & APO to ensure that business process functionality is properly implemented.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    + Provide consulting and project management services to achieve and maintain business alignment within all areas of the division.

    + Conduct evaluation of existing business processes for the purposes of identifying and executing on improvement initiatives.

    + Maintain a thorough understanding of all computer systems, reports, and procedures that affect the process.

    + Utilize process and divisional expertise to provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to others.

    + Act as point of contact for IT during process changes and deployment of system releases. Serve as the liaison between supply chain functional groups and IT.

    Skills/Qualifications

    Required:

    + High school diploma/GED

    + SAP experience

    + Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

    + Expertise with problem solving and business transformation

    + Minimum five (5) years of experience within the SAP modules mentioned

    Preferred:

    + Bachelor’s Degree

    + Strong skills in Continuous Improvement (Six Sigma) training/development and communication

    + Ability to travel 20% of the time
