Technology - Summer Intern

Program Overview:

Our Summer Intern program offers hardworking college students an opportunity to go beyond the classroom to develop leadership skills and gain relevant hands-on experience working as part of a global support team with professionals across the enterprise. Additionally, interns will participate in scheduled activities throughout the summer, including sessions with Senior Leaders, site tours, volunteer opportunities, and other social events. Fiserv summer interns are in session from June 2, 2025 – August 8, 2025 and work approximately 40 hours per week.

What does a successful Technology Intern-Application Development do?

We are looking for a proactive intern to join our team! We find ways to create impact across the broad spectrum of Fiserv departments and services, using the latest technologies and best practices. It can be anything from developer tools like Dev Studio where our team has developed a one-stop hub for developers to integrate their system with Fiserv APIs, as well as internal-tools like Cloud Accelerator, AI Center, and Workspaces.

What you will do:

+ Participate in projects using AI-Gateway and other available LLM tools, add new features to projects like Billing Optimization, and Bulletin Research.

+ Help research and implement process improvements in areas like Gitlab, CICD, Azure, and OpenShift.

+ Analyze queries and work on performance improvements in existing applications.

+ Help build and deliver UI features like common components, charting, graphs, and AI integrations into existing applications.

+ Increase test coverage on new features and existing projects.

What you will need to have:

+ Progress towards completion of bachelor's degree by December 2025 / May 2027 with demonstrated academic achievement.

+ 3.0+ GPA.

+ Knowledge in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and/or SQL.

+ Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to changing priorities.

+ Unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.
