What You’ll Do

+ Deliver hands-on assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility, ensuring each resident feels respected and valued.

+ Support residents’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being, creating a nurturing and uplifting environment.

+ Monitor and report vital signs, changes in condition, and help with care plans to ensure personalized, high-quality care.

+ Provide companionship, encouragement, and a listening ear—making every day brighter for our residents.

+ Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and other team members to ensure seamless, holistic care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

+ A current Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification

+ A high school diploma or equivalent

+ Ability to work independently

+ Team player mentality

+ Passion for serving older adults

+ Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving

+ Physical stamina to perform hands-on care tasks

+ Previous experience working with elderly patients is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time Day Shift

Salary range: $19.00 - $22 per hour, with final offer reflecting the candidate's demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and professional background.
