The Ecosystem Activation team is a team of Growth Product Managers focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI) growth and incubation within the Microsoft 365 / Office engineering organization. We foster and accelerate data-driven decision making by Microsoft staff and Partners to better help our customers achieve more with AI. We are curious, collaborative, nimble, and experiment driven.
As a **Senior Growth Product Manager** for Adoption and Usage, you are responsible for Microsoft staff and Partner personas who help our customers adopt and use our AI products (e.g. Copilot for Microsoft 365, Agents, Copilot Chat). You will work closely with data (both internal and external), tooling, program, strategy, role, and business leadership to identify, test, and scale growth opportunities where data and insights accelerate your target persona's ability to help customers achieve outcomes.
This is a highly visible and collaborative role that will allow you to stretch your analytics, data science, business, product management, and influence skills to help our customers achieve more with one of the most transformative technologies in modern history. Responsibilities
+ You will own the holistic experience of the Adoption and Usage persona across all internal products, tools, and experiences in the day-in-the-life of this persona. You will find growth opportunities where data & insights can help them with their jobs to be done. You will collaborate across Microsoft to identify these opportunities, experiment, then scale results.
+ You will work closely with data owners, audience owners, sales program/incentive owners, internal tool owners, and product owners.
+ You will explore and seek out sources of data and insights both internally and externally. If you discover a gap, you will work with our product, data science, and marketing teams to create/acquire needed data.
+ You will work with leadership & persona representatives to explore data fast. You are able to (or able to learn to) use standard data exploration tools (e.g., PowerBI, Excel, Tableau, R, python). You are curious and will learn about the AI business and our customers.
+ You will hold yourself and others accountable to be data-driven in our pursuit of growth outcomes.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 2+ years of experience in using analysis tools like (R, Python, Tableau, PowerBI) to guide business decision making.
+ 2+ years of experience analyzing data (from experiments, telemetry) to identify best practices and performance drivers.
+ 2+ years of growth product management experience driving adoption /usage business metrics.
Preferred Qualifcations:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
+ Knowledge of the sales and customer success process.
+ Growth Product Management experience.
+ Communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
+ Self-starter with a passion for data-driven growth and continuous learning.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
