Job Summary:
Under routine supervision, this position is responsible for the operation of foundational training development programs and/or implementation of programs with a focus on professional skills for managers, advanced learning content, and/or onboarding. The incumbent fosters relationships with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and retention while promoting a "people-first" environment. This position provides guidance to junior team members and acts as the primary point of contact for their assigned program(s). This position may deliver training programs in multiple locations across the country.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver training based on regulatory, compliance, technical and/or professional needs to various employee audiences both virtually and in person
• Integrate classroom training with diverse, real-world, business-specific situations to drive learning outcomes
• Coordinate and implement curriculum development through assessing needs and effectiveness, reviewing feedback with a variety of methods, modifying programs, and partnering with other training development teams to align online training modules
• Manage all preparation and participant logistics for classroom, virtual classroom, and eLearning courses including, but not limited to, contacting training attendees, accommodations, distribution of materials, enrollment tracking, and arranging guest presenters
• Provide guidance on training and development opportunities to assist employees in meeting their career objectives
• Conduct engaging sessions to connect employees to our organization’s structure and mission
• Assist employees, in conjunction with appropriate teams, with understanding and enrolling in company benefits programs and additional resources; follow-up with course attendees for additional support on maximizing company perks as needed
• Partner with internal teams to enhance processes and ensure employees are trained on applicable regulations, requirements, and ethical standards
• Facilitate training on software systems, tools, and applications used within the organization, ensuring that employees are proficient in using these resources effectively
• Meet with assigned clients to create, modify, and/or distribute training materials; identify opportunities to expand training programs
• Mentor and onboard junior team members; serve as the primary point of contact for program inquiries
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business/Business Management, Communications, Instructional Design, or a related field of study with 2-3 years of related experience and/or military equivalent OR 5 years combined relevant experience, education, or training AND Demonstration of the following skills and abilities through education, certifications, military, or other experiences
+ Experience in Microsoft Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
+ Ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
+ Experience with public speaking and giving presentations
+ Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
+ Ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas through various mediums
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with facilitating classroom learning and developing learning content
+ Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and peers
+ Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
+ Ability to work individually or as part of a team
+ Experience conducting needs assessments
+ Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and shifting priorities and directives
+ Knowledge of learning design and development processes, including adult learning principles
+ Understanding of and experience in delivering in traditional and modern training methods (e-learning, virtual, classroom instructor-led, etc.)
+ Comfortable giving and receiving developmental feedback on a regular basis
+ Willing to travel

Compensation:
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
