Job Description

WHEN YOU JOIN US YOU WILL BE;

+ Initiating and drive operational enhancement, capital projects and operational improvements.

+ Providing highly developed leadership, change management, interpersonal communication and people skills to help drive plant performance.

+ Supervising maintenance staff, leading the team in troubleshooting of mechanical problems and devise solutions for these problems.

+ Responsible for formulating and developing goals and objectives, supervising assigned personnel and directing day-to-day activities.

+ Participating in the selection and training of Mechanical department personnel.

+ Ensuring subordinates follow safety practices in work methods and procedures; enforces proper safety procedures while working in dangerous situations; educates employees on rules, regulations, codes, safe work habits and potential hazards presented by their work environment.

+ Developing reviews and updates written maintenance instructions and schedules.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE;

+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or related discipline) or equivalent experience

+ Champion Safety and Quality Focused work behavior and assure compliance with related policies and laws (including environmentally related).

+ Proven organization and follow-through skills

+ Proven track record of continuous improvement

+ Demonstrated ability to build team capability

+ Lean Manufacturing experience preferred

+ Minimum 5+ progressive years in operations as a Maintenance Supervisor

+ Experience with Maximo or similar program
