Description of Job
Division of Gaming:
Ensures that limited gaming is conducted honestly, fairly, and competitively, and is free from criminal and corrupt elements.
A typical day of a System Coordinator:
The professional in this position will support the Division as the CCIC/NCIC (Colorado Crime Information Center/National Crime Information Center) and NIBRS (National Incident Based Reporting System) manager, and fleet coordinator. This position also serves as the Division's primary procurement team member and negotiates, reviews, serves, and initiates renewals for all contracted vendors across all three offices.
Primary Duties:
Procurement
+ Manages procurement for all of the Investigation section's Division's annual contracted vendors and all bulk purchases regarding equipment and operations in all three of its office locations
+ Develops and maintains an interactive spreadsheet with all recurring vendors' information and tatuses to share with the Financial Services and Accounting teams
Management of CCIC, NIBRS, and Criminal Justice Systems
+ Manages the Division's use and access of criminal justice information (CJI) via the Colorado Crime Information Center (CCIC), National Crime Information Center (NCIC), and National Incident Based Reporting System (NIBRS).
+ Participates in CJI meetings within the Department of Revenue and coordinates CJI Division requirements with the Departments Local Agency Security Officer
+ Ensures compliance with CBI/FBI periodic audits as well as monitor Division policy with regard to CJI and makes recommended changes
Fleet Coordinator and Management
+ Fleet coordinator for the Division of Gaming and is required to apply knowledge of the fleet program which includes applicable manuals and policies
+ Maintains, updates, and audits the Divisions vehicle online reservation system
+ Reviews the billing for the Division's vehicles sent by State Fleet Management
+ Develops Division vehicle policy and ensures consistency with relevant DOR policies and the State Fleet Manual
+ Monitors the use and location of all the Division's vehicles and coordinates vehicle movement with the Agents in Charge

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience Only:
Six (6) years of relevant experience in vendor management and managing confidential information in a regulatory environment
OR
Education and Experience:
A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in an occupation related to the work assigned equal to six (6) years
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
+ Must be able to pass a background check/ Tax Check.
+ CONDITIONS of EMPLOYMENT:
+ Applicants must successfully pass a background investigation and a tax check prior to appointment to positions in the Gaming Division.
+ Must possess and maintain a valid Colorado driver's license (at the time of application).
+ Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
+ Attends all DOR compliance training modules.

Conditions of Employment with the CDOR:
Employees are in a position of public trust in the performance of their job duties and must operate in a manner that maintains the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and public confidence.
As a condition of employment with the CDOR, all personnel must file all necessary Colorado Individual Income Tax (CIIT) returns and pay tax obligations, therefore all employees must undergo a pre-employment evaluation of their tax records/accounts to ensure compliance with this policy. Final candidates must also complete a successful background investigation and reference check prior to appointment. Certain positions based on duties may require scheduled background investigations.
Pursuant to the Universal Driving Standards Policy (https://osc.colorado.gov/sites/osc/files/documents/Universal%20Policy%20Driving%20Standards.pdf) , any worker who will be expected to drive a State-owned vehicle is responsible for maintaining a safe driving record and a valid driver license prior to driving any State-owned vehicle.
To be compliant with the new fleet vehicle policy, Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) will be pulled for review for workers who:
+ Have an assigned State fleet vehicle
+ Are required to operate a vehicle as part of the position
+ Utilize a State fleet vehicle as a pool vehicle
