    Job Title: Master's Level Clinician

    Reports To: Clinical Director

     

    Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Master's Level Clinician to join our team. The clinician will provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices to address mental health and behavioral issues. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a commitment to client-centered care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

    + Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

    + Monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

    + Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

    + Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

    + Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development activities.

    + Advocate for clients' needs and connect them with appropriate community resources.

    Qualifications:

    + Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

    + Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

    + Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices and interventions.

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

    + Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience working with diverse populations.

    + Specialized training in trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, or other relevant modalities.

    + Bilingual skills are a plus.
