    Position Details

    + Role: Occupational Therapist (OT)

    + Responsibilities:

    + Conduct student evaluations

    + Develop and deliver therapy services

    + Document services according to individualized care plans

    Requirements

    + Licensure: Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of practice (ID license can be applied for upon offer)

    + Experience: One year of professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred

    + Certifications: Current CPR certification (if applicable), TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable), Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Eligibility: Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements and be at least 18 years of age
