• Local or Travel Contract - RN Psych - Night Shift

    Salary: $2008 / Week

     

    Amergis Staffing is currently seeking highly skilled RNs for Night Shift Psych assignments in Travelers Rest, SC.

    Position Details:

    • Contract Length: 13 Weeks (Extensions Available)

    • Number of Openings: 4

    • Shift Length: 12hrs

    • Start Date: ASAP

    • Schedule: Night Shift 6p-6a - Every Other Weekend Required

     

    Day Shift 6a-6p May Be Also Available

     

    Adult and Adolescent Units

     

    Must live 50 miles away for Travel Pay

     

    Facility Details: Residential unit is 74 beds - Working with Adolescents

     

    2-3 nurses on unit

     

    Must have SC State or Compact license

     

    The Psychiatric/Mental Health (PMH) Registered Nurse, requires awide range of nursing, psychosocial, and neurobiological expertise. PMH nurses promote well-being through prevention and education, in addition to the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health and substance use disorders. The nurse demonstrates ability to make clinical judgments in an effective and efficient manner and demonstrates critical thinking and performance ability in the coordination of patient care. The PMH RN works in a variety of settings and provides comprehensive care to individuals, families, and communities when applicable.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Current Registered Nurse Licensure in-state practicing

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
