SitusAMC is on a Digital Transformation journey to Strategize, implement, and automate end-to-end product delivery using turn-key technologies. A Senior Engineer with a passion for programming and knowledge in Cloud technologies such as Terraform, AWS Services, Docker, Kubernetes, and familiar with Git development. The engineer/Developer is expected to provide strategy and implement enterprise-scale automation for scalability, performance, security, and availability.

Essential Job Functions:

+ Works both as an individual contributor and a mentor to his teammates within the Cloud development platform and SRE teams, focused on developing and maintaining an in-house built Infrastructure as a Code Automation" ​maintaining an in-house built Infrastructure as a Code Automation

+ Highly skilled developer and expert with different Terraform components

+ Recognized by the team as an expert in Infra as a code Automation pipeline

+ Provisioned critical infrastructure components through Infrastructure-as-Code tooling across multiple environments using Terraform integrated through Azure DevOps

+ Manages activities within a department, developing tactical plans for strategy and implementation of IaC for varying maturity levels of software products

+ Mentor's other teammates and bring them up to speed on different technical tools and processes

+ Updates Management with status on various projects on a daily and weekly basis

+ Familiarity with AWS Well Architected framework and make decisions based on best practices

+ Support the development of compelling features using modern tools and technologies with a focus on building future-proof systems that perform at scale

+ Architecting and developing new components and services within AWS cloud technologies

+ Provide software development knowledge with respect to cloud architecture, design patterns, and programming

+ Establishes Cloud Infrastructure Design best practices, templates, and processes

+ Collaborates with external and internal partners, participates, and suggests design and architectural decisions

+ Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Minimum of 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 1+ years in a Senior Associate level role or external equivalent

+ Experience working on automation and developmental works related to infrastructure operations

+ Extensive experience in developing CI/CD Pipelines using GitOps methodologies and technologies

+ Expert in provisioning different AWS Components using automation and AWS Best practices

+ Proficient in various AWS cloud components for designing and building stateful and stateless applications

+ Terraform expertise building IaaC

+ Highly skilled developer on Azure DevOps

Additional Qualification

+ Experience with generative AI technologies and frameworks.

+ Ability to design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms.

+ Deep expertise in: Language models (LLMs), embeddings, and prompt engineering; Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector-based search; model validation and confidence scoring for non-deterministic systems

+ Strong experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Python, and modern ML/AI stacks.

+ Familiarity with AWS-native services for AI/ML workflows and security compliance frameworks is required.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is

$140,000.00 - $170,000.00

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
